OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY / SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, FLORIDA, PUERTO RICO, ALL U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern all Lucky’s 4 Profit giveaways, sweepstakes, promotions, prize drawings, and related promotional offers, unless a specific giveaway page or separate written set of official rules expressly states otherwise.

By entering any Lucky’s 4 Profit giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

  1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration, operation, and fulfillment of each giveaway.

Lucky’s 4 Profit may operate giveaways through its website, Shopify store, social media pages, promotional partners, affiliates, ambassadors, resellers, influencers, third-party sweepstakes platforms, or other lawful promotional channels. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Lucky’s 4 Profit remains the Sponsor of each giveaway.

  1. Giveaway Period

Each giveaway begins on the date and time the applicable giveaway, prize, product, promotion, or offer is first launched, posted, published, made available, or otherwise advertised to the public by Sponsor.

Unless a different end date is expressly stated in the specific giveaway materials, each giveaway will end on or before one calendar year from the date the applicable giveaway, prize, product, promotion, or offer is first launched or made available to the public.

All entries, whether received through a purchase-entry method or through the free alternate method of entry, must be received during the applicable Giveaway Period to be eligible.

The Sponsor’s computer, website platform, Shopify store, payment platform, entry-management system, sweepstakes platform, or designated third-party administrator’s records shall be the official timekeeping method for each giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to end any giveaway early, with or without additional public notice, and conduct the drawing at any time in accordance with these Official Rules.

If a giveaway is ended early, all eligible entries received before the early closing time will be included in the winner selection process unless otherwise disqualified under these Official Rules.

  1. Eligibility

Each giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Each giveaway is void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

The only individuals automatically ineligible to win any Lucky’s 4 Profit giveaway are the owner/promoter of Lucky’s 4 Profit, the owner/promoter’s wife, and the owner/promoter’s children who reside in the same household as the owner/promoter.

No other person is excluded from eligibility solely because of any relationship, affiliation, purchase activity, referral activity, promotional activity, ambassador activity, reseller activity, affiliate activity, influencer activity, vendor relationship, family relationship, friendship, business relationship, or other connection to Sponsor, unless otherwise prohibited by law or disqualified under these Official Rules.

Ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, referral partners, resellers, promotional partners, vendors, service providers, contractors, and other third parties are not automatically excluded from entering or winning solely because of their relationship with Sponsor, provided their participation is lawful and they otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who is ineligible, provides false information, violates these Official Rules, violates applicable law, or attempts to manipulate or abuse the giveaway.

  1. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, unless a specific giveaway provides otherwise.

A. Purchase Entry Method

During the applicable Giveaway Period, eligible entrants may receive entries by purchasing eligible digital or physical products from Sponsor.

Eligible products may include, but are not limited to, digital artwork, digital downloads, digital merchandise, digital collectibles, physical merchandise, apparel, accessories, promotional products, or other eligible products offered by Sponsor.

The number of entries awarded for each eligible purchase will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale or in the applicable promotional materials.

Purchasing a product is not required to enter or win. A purchase does not guarantee winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Entries associated with eligible purchases are promotional in nature and are not sold separately.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry

Qualified eligible entrants may receive one free entry per giveaway by completing the required free-entry form provided by Sponsor.

The free-entry form may request information including, but not limited to:

Full legal name;
Full mailing address;
Email address;
Phone number;
Giveaway item or promotion being entered;
Proof that the entrant is at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older;
Any other information reasonably required by Sponsor to confirm eligibility and administer the giveaway.

Each qualified eligible individual may receive only one free entry per giveaway through the free alternate method of entry, unless a specific giveaway expressly provides otherwise.

Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, tampered, or non-compliant entries are void.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, incomplete, misleading, abusive, manipulated, automated, or otherwise invalid.

  1. Equal Treatment of Entry Methods

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Free entries and purchase-related entries will be treated equally for purposes of winner selection, subject to the entry limits, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and disqualification provisions stated in these Official Rules.

A purchase does not guarantee winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. Entrant Contact Authorization

By entering any giveaway, each entrant authorizes Sponsor and its representatives, vendors, service providers, promotional partners, affiliates, resellers, ambassadors, influencers, referral partners, and related business partners to contact the entrant using any contact information provided by the entrant or otherwise lawfully obtained by Sponsor.

Such contact may include, but is not limited to, communication by telephone call, text message, email, direct message, physical mail, social media message, automated message, or other lawful method of communication.

Entrants understand that such communications may relate to giveaway administration, winner notification, prize fulfillment, promotional offers, marketing, advertising, future giveaways, Sponsor’s products or services, third-party offers, and other lawful business purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to make a purchase or to enter a giveaway, except that Sponsor must be able to contact the potential winner for purposes of winner notification, verification, and prize fulfillment.

  1. Entry Limits

Free-entry limits are restricted to one free entry per qualified eligible individual per giveaway, unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific giveaway materials.

Maximum purchase-based entries are limited only by the number of entries earned through eligible digital and/or physical product purchases, as disclosed at the point of sale or in the applicable promotional materials.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent the entry process by using multiple names, addresses, email accounts, identities, devices, payment methods, false information, automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, entry services, sweepstakes clubs, or any other method intended to violate these Official Rules.

  1. Digital and Physical Products

Any digital artwork, digital merchandise, digital collectible, digital download, physical merchandise, apparel, accessory, promotional product, or other item sold by Sponsor is offered as a standalone product.

Entries associated with eligible purchases are promotional in nature and are not sold separately.

No entry has any cash value.

The purchase price of any product is not payment for a chance to win.

Giveaway entries may not be purchased, sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or used as currency.

  1. Refunded, Reversed, Canceled, or Fraudulent Purchases

If a purchase that generated entries is refunded, canceled, reversed, charged back, declined, disputed, returned, voided, or determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, remove, or void any entries associated with that purchase.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who abuses refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, promotional codes, discounts, affiliate links, ambassador links, referral links, payment systems, or any other promotional feature.

  1. Resellers, Influencers, Ambassadors, Affiliates, and Referral Partners

Sponsor may work with resellers, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, promotional partners, vendors, or other third parties who share, promote, advertise, distribute, market, endorse, or otherwise refer customers to Sponsor’s digital or physical products, website, links, offers, promotions, or giveaways.

Such persons or entities may receive compensation from Sponsor in connection with sales, referrals, promotional activity, advertising, marketing, social media activity, or other business arrangements. Compensation may include, but is not limited to, cash, check, electronic payment, gift cards, products, merchandise, legal tender, promotional consideration, giveaway entries, or entries into giveaways of their choosing, where lawful.

The type, amount, timing, method, and conditions of any compensation paid or awarded to any reseller, influencer, ambassador, affiliate, referral partner, promotional partner, vendor, or other third party shall be determined solely by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Any such compensation arrangement does not alter the odds of winning for other eligible entrants, except to the extent additional lawful entries are awarded and included in the total number of eligible entries received.

Resellers, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, promotional partners, vendors, and other third parties are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, advertising standards, platform rules, disclosure requirements, tax obligations, and Federal Trade Commission endorsement and testimonial guidelines.

Sponsor reserves the right to void entries associated with spam, misleading claims, fake accounts, undisclosed paid promotions, fraudulent referrals, deceptive marketing, or any conduct that violates applicable law, platform rules, or Sponsor policies.

  1. Prize

The prize for each giveaway will be described in the applicable giveaway listing, product page, landing page, social media post, advertisement, promotional materials, or specific giveaway materials.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to, vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, trailers, boats, equipment, tools, merchandise, digital products, physical products, cash alternatives, or other items as advertised by Sponsor.

The approximate retail value, also known as ARV, of each prize may be stated in the applicable giveaway materials when available.

The actual value of a prize may vary based on market conditions, location, availability, condition, age, mileage, hours, modifications, depreciation, taxes, fees, and other factors.

A winner will not receive the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize.

All prizes are awarded “as is” and “where is” unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Sponsor.

Prize descriptions are intended to be accurate, but Sponsor does not guarantee that every description, photograph, video, specification, feature, modification, accessory, condition statement, value estimate, or other prize detail is complete, perfect, or free from error.

Used, vintage, modified, customized, off-road, recreational, specialty, or previously owned prizes may have wear, defects, mechanical issues, cosmetic issues, prior repairs, unknown conditions, title limitations, registration requirements, or other conditions.

Entrants accept these risks by entering.

  1. Prize Substitution, Cash Alternative, Damage, Loss, Theft, or Total Loss

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value, a similar prize, another similar vehicle or item, or a cash alternative if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, impractical to award, damaged, lost, stolen, delayed, restricted, legally unavailable, totaled in an accident, involved in an accident, materially changed in condition, subject to title or transfer issues, or otherwise unsuitable for award.

Sponsor may also, in its sole discretion, offer the winner an alternative cash value or cash award if the winner chooses not to accept the prize, if Sponsor determines that a cash award is appropriate under the circumstances, or if awarding the advertised prize is not practical, available, lawful, or commercially reasonable.

Any substitution, similar replacement prize, cash alternative, or cash award shall be offered solely at Sponsor’s discretion and shall not be required unless expressly agreed to in writing by Sponsor.

The winner may not require Sponsor to provide a specific substitute prize, specific vehicle, specific item, or specific cash amount unless Sponsor has expressly agreed to do so in writing.

  1. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable giveaway.

The drawing will occur on or before one calendar year from the date the applicable giveaway, prize, product, promotion, or offer is first launched or made available to the public, unless an earlier drawing date or specific drawing date is stated in the applicable giveaway materials.

Sponsor reserves the right to end any giveaway with or without additional public notice at any time and draw the winner early.

The drawing may be handled using Random.org, another similar random-selection method, a third-party sweepstakes platform, an independent administrator, Sponsor’s entry-management system, or another fair and random method selected by Sponsor.

The drawing may be streamed live, recorded, publicly announced, privately administered, or otherwise conducted in a manner determined by Sponsor, subject to applicable law, technical availability, platform availability, and Sponsor’s reasonable discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to each giveaway.

  1. Winner Notification

The potential winner may be notified by email, telephone, text message, direct message, social media message, mail, livestream, video call, FaceTime, or another reasonable method using the contact information provided at the time of entry or otherwise lawfully obtained by Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification, unless a different response period is stated in the applicable notification or giveaway materials.

If the potential winner does not respond within the required time period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to complete required documents, fails to pass any verification process, refuses the prize, is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, outdated, blocked, filtered, undeliverable, or unreachable contact information.

  1. Winner Verification

Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, notarize, and return one or more of the following:

Affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
Liability release;
Publicity release, where lawful;
IRS Form W-9;
Proof of identity;
Proof of residency;
Proof of age;
Title and transfer documents;
Tax documents;
Delivery, pickup, or transportation documents;
Any additional documents reasonably required by Sponsor, prize provider, title agency, government agency, tax professional, or other applicable party.

Failure to complete required documents within the stated time period may result in disqualification.

A potential winner is not the official winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor confirms the winner.

  1. Taxes, Title, Registration, Insurance, and Fees

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, expenses, title costs, registration costs, insurance costs, inspection costs, transportation costs, delivery costs, pickup costs, storage costs, licensing costs, emissions requirements, compliance requirements, and any other costs associated with accepting, claiming, owning, registering, transporting, maintaining, operating, possessing, storing, or using the prize.

If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax form to the winner for the fair market value of the prize.

The winner should consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of accepting the prize.

For vehicle, ATV, UTV, side-by-side, motorcycle, trailer, boat, equipment, or similar prizes, the winner is solely responsible for confirming that the prize may be legally titled, registered, insured, transported, stored, operated, possessed, or used in the winner’s jurisdiction.

Sponsor does not guarantee that any prize is street legal, road legal, emissions compliant, inspection compliant, race legal, off-road compliant, financeable, insurable, registrable, transferable, or usable in any particular jurisdiction.

  1. Prize Pickup, Delivery, Transportation, and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway materials, the winner is responsible for picking up or arranging transportation of the prize from the location designated by Sponsor.

Sponsor may, in its discretion, assist with shipping, delivery, or transportation arrangements, but is not required to do so unless expressly stated in writing.

Risk of loss may transfer to the winner once the prize is delivered, picked up, shipped, transferred, titled, assigned, or otherwise made available to the winner, as determined by Sponsor.

If the winner fails to pick up, accept, or arrange transportation of the prize within the time required by Sponsor, the winner may be responsible for storage, transportation, administrative fees, or may be disqualified.

  1. Prize Award Conditions

The prize is awarded only to the verified winner.

No prize may be transferred, assigned, sold, or exchanged before award without written permission from Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, inability, restriction, or failure of the winner to claim, title, register, insure, transport, store, possess, use, or enjoy the prize.

If a winner accepts a prize and later decides not to use it, cannot use it, cannot register it, cannot insure it, cannot transport it, cannot legally possess it, or cannot otherwise accept or enjoy it, Sponsor has no obligation to provide a replacement prize or cash equivalent unless Sponsor chooses to do so in writing.

  1. Publicity Release and Live Winner Call

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city, state, prize information, statements, video, audio, image, social media profile, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, social media, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Sponsor may attempt to contact the potential winner by FaceTime, video call, telephone call, livestream, or another similar method at or around the time Sponsor conducts the drawing and selects the potential winner.

The potential winner understands and agrees that such call, attempted call, reaction, voice, image, likeness, statements, and related communications may be recorded, broadcast, streamed live, reposted, edited, shared, and used by Sponsor for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law.

If the potential winner does not answer or participate in the live call, the potential winner may still be contacted and verified in accordance with these Official Rules, unless otherwise disqualified.

  1. Winner Announcement

The winner’s name, city, and state may be posted on Sponsor’s website, Shopify store, social media sites, promotional pages, email announcements, text announcements, livestreams, videos, advertisements, and other Sponsor-controlled promotional platforms.

Winner information may be limited to the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, unless additional disclosure is required by law or authorized by the winner.

  1. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, terminate, or end any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, legal restrictions, administrative issues, supply issues, platform issues, payment issues, security issues, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, illness, emergency, or any other factor impairs the integrity, fairness, legality, administration, security, or proper functioning of the giveaway.

If a giveaway is canceled, suspended, modified, shortened, or ended early, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway.

Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who publicly or privately publishes, posts, shares, distributes, or communicates false, misleading, defamatory, disparaging, or intentionally harmful statements, comments, claims, or feedback concerning Sponsor, the giveaway, the prize, the legitimacy of the giveaway, or any related promotion, including statements intended to discredit Sponsor or suggest that the giveaway is not real, fraudulent, dishonest, or otherwise improper, unless such statements are protected by applicable law.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, platform, Shopify store, entry system, social media page, payment system, promotional platform, sweepstakes platform, or related technology, or to undermine the lawful operation of the giveaway, may violate criminal and civil laws.

Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Prohibited Conduct

Entrants may not:

Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information;
Use bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, or entry services;
Create multiple identities, accounts, emails, phone numbers, addresses, payment methods, or devices to evade limits;
Abuse the free entry method;
Abuse refunds, chargebacks, discounts, promotional codes, payment systems, affiliate links, ambassador links, or referral systems;
Interfere with Sponsor’s website, Shopify store, sweepstakes platform, entry system, social media page, payment system, or promotional process;
Harass, threaten, defame, disparage, or abuse Sponsor, its representatives, ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, promotional partners, entrants, or winners;
Violate any law, regulation, platform rule, or these Official Rules.

Any prohibited conduct may result in disqualification and cancellation of entries.

  1. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its owner, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising agencies, promotional partners, prize suppliers, fulfillment providers, payment processors, website providers, Shopify, social media platforms, sweepstakes administrators, service providers, and all related parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, death, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway, acceptance or use of any prize, operation or use of the prize, transportation of the prize, title or registration of the prize, inability to use the prize, any violation of these Official Rules, or any other matter related to the giveaway.

  1. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged, or improperly submitted entries;
Technical failures of any kind;
Website, Shopify, payment processor, email, mail, social media, platform, livestream, or delivery failures;
Unauthorized human intervention;
Incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
Printing, typographical, administrative, advertising, or other errors;
Incorrect prize descriptions, incorrect entry counts, incorrect promotional materials, or platform display errors;
Any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, ownership, transportation, registration, operation, or use of the prize.

If any error occurs that affects the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to correct the error and continue, modify, suspend, terminate, or otherwise adjust the giveaway in a manner that Sponsor determines to be fair and lawful.

  1. No Warranty

All prizes are awarded “as is” and “where is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Sponsor disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, condition, quality, safety, legality, performance, and non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

Used, customized, modified, vintage, off-road, recreational, or specialty prizes may have unknown conditions, defects, wear, prior repairs, modifications, or mechanical issues. Entrants accept these risks by entering.

Sponsor does not guarantee that any prize will meet the winner’s expectations, intended use, desired condition, registration requirements, legal-use requirements, or transportation requirements.

  1. Social Media and Platform Disclaimer

Giveaways may be advertised, promoted, streamed, or discussed on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, Shopify, or other websites, apps, platforms, or social media channels.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, Shopify, or any other third-party platform.

By entering, entrants release all such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

  1. Errors and Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, undeliverable, delayed, corrupted, garbled, stolen, damaged, or failed entries, emails, messages, orders, payments, forms, or communications.

Sponsor is not responsible for website errors, Shopify errors, platform errors, internet failures, server issues, payment processor issues, email filtering, spam filtering, mobile carrier issues, device failures, typographical errors, printing errors, advertising errors, incorrect prize descriptions, incorrect entry counts, or any other technical, human, or administrative error.

If an error occurs, Sponsor reserves the right to correct the error, adjust entries, disqualify invalid entries, modify the giveaway, or take any other action it deems fair and appropriate.

  1. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to any giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Each giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law.

Before filing or pursuing any lawsuit, arbitration, administrative claim, or other formal legal proceeding against Sponsor, any entrant or claimant agrees to first participate in mediation with Sponsor in New Jersey before a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

Any entrant or claimant asserting a claim against Sponsor shall be responsible for one hundred percent of the costs of mediation, including mediator fees, administrative fees, room fees, filing fees, and related costs.

Any entrant or claimant asserting a claim against Sponsor further agrees to pay Sponsor’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in advance before mediation or litigation proceeds, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Each entrant agrees that any claim, judgment, or award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, indirect damages, and any other damages, except where prohibited by law.

  1. Privacy and Use of Entrant Information

Information collected from entrants may be used for the administration of the giveaway, winner verification, prize fulfillment, marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, future communications, internal business purposes, analytics, customer management, lead generation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, tax reporting, and any other lawful business purpose selected by Sponsor.

By entering, each entrant consents to Sponsor’s collection, storage, use, transfer, disclosure, sharing, sale, licensing, or other lawful distribution of entrant information, including but not limited to name, address, email address, phone number, entry information, purchase information, demographic information, and other information submitted by entrant or lawfully obtained by Sponsor.

Sponsor may share, transfer, disclose, license, sell, or otherwise provide entrant information to Sponsor’s third-party sponsors, vendors, service providers, promotional partners, advertisers, resellers, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, referral partners, business partners, marketing partners, contractors, legal advisors, payment processors, fulfillment providers, data providers, and other persons or businesses with whom Sponsor does business.

Sponsor may receive compensation, financial benefit, promotional benefit, business consideration, or other value in connection with providing, sharing, transferring, licensing, selling, or otherwise disclosing entrant information to third parties, where permitted by law.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use entrant information for direct marketing, third-party marketing, promotional communications, advertising campaigns, retargeting, customer relationship management, future giveaways, sales opportunities, and other lawful commercial purposes.

Sponsor’s use, sharing, sale, transfer, or disclosure of entrant information shall be subject to applicable law.

  1. Official Rules Updates

These Official Rules may be posted on the Lucky’s 4 Profit website, Shopify store, giveaway page, sweepstakes platform, or other promotional materials.

Sponsor reserves the right to update, modify, supplement, or replace these Official Rules from time to time, provided that any changes will not materially reduce the rights of entrants who already entered a giveaway unless required by law or necessary to preserve the fairness, legality, security, or integrity of the giveaway.

If a specific giveaway page, advertisement, product page, landing page, or promotional material contains additional terms, those terms shall apply to that specific giveaway to the extent they do not conflict with these Official Rules, unless Sponsor clearly states otherwise.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited, modified, or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
